Mortal Enemy

Mortal Enemy is a rune effect in Marked for Death, a Discipline-spending supplemental Demon Hunter skill.

This rune effect enables the Demon Hunter to generate additional Hatred by landing "attacks" against the marked target. This is another unclear tool tip, since it's not clearly how "attacks" is defined. Does that mean every sort of hit? If a Chakram or Hungering Arrow hits the enemy twice, is that one or two attacks? How about Rapid Fire, which sends out dozens of shots in just seconds? If every one of those counts as an "attack" a Demon Hunter could use that skill indefinitely against any target cursed by Mortal Enemy.
