Gehennas is a crafted legendary pants that can be created in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls.

This item can be created and worn by any class, but with a fixed level of 60, no matter what level character creates it, it does not scale up in value/power to remain competitive in the end game.

Gehennas stats[edit | edit source]

These pants have no legendary affix, and their only inherent bonuses are to armor and fire resistance. It's unclear what purpose of theme they are meant to embrace.

  • This crafted item can only be made as a level 60 item, and thus will never equal level 70 legendaries in total value.

These pants are the result of an unfortunate bargain struck
between the demon Skelon and an unwitting human.

This recipe is learned from the Plan: Gehennas, which must be found as a random drop from a target of about level 60.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

Gehennas may be a reference to two separate things. The first would be Gehennas, a boss from the original World of WarCraft release. He was a lizard-like demonic being who resided in the molten core. He was known for dropping high-level epic quality gloves, but never the ones for the class you are playing.

The other would be from Hebrew mythology. Gehenna was a physical place where Canaan apostates would take their children to be sacrificed by fire, and it is generally received throughout many religions as being a place of great evil. In Islamic tradition, it is the Qur'an's version of Hell.
