Flying Dragon is a legendary Daibo that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Monk, and will very rarely drop for any other class.

The Smart Drop system ensures that Daibos will usually roll with Dexterity, or at least never roll with Intelligence or Strength. Any bonus skills will be tuned to Monk skills as well.

Flying Dragon properties[edit | edit source]

This item has a legendary affix that grants a short duration burst of double-fast attack speed, giving the Monk the fastest possible attack speed in the game. The rest of the time this is a typically-slow two-handed weapon, so on the whole a Monk would get many more attacks over the same period of time when dual-wielding. This staff's speed comes only in short bursts.
