Arcanna was clearly as sorceress who lived at an unknown number of years prior to 20 years ago.

Absolutely nothing is known about Arcanna, besides the fact she left behind an Item Set known as Arcanna's Tricks, that new sorceresses have been known to use.
She was most likely a member of the mage clan known as Zann Esu, as they are in the forefront of taking on female magicians.
In Games[edit | edit source]
Whether we'll see Arcanna's Tricks in Diablo III or not is unknown, but it's unlikely we'll ever meet Arcanna herself again.
