A shaman will spawn with the ranged and melee goats, and is the objective for the second phase of the event. Kill him to move forward.
Speak with Gharbad once again to initiate the final phase of the event which is, of course, to kill him. However, the ghost of Gharbad the Weak quickly mutates into the living manifestation of Gharbad the Strong, a massive two-headed Khazra, and he is fairly strong.
Gharbad has no special [[boss modifiers]], but he does hit very hard in melee and has a knockback attack with extra health. Once he is defeated (again), the event will be complete.
