It's a very small level but the floor is made up entirely of grates which periodically release fire. It is reached via [[The Cursed Hold]] and then through level 3 of the [[Halls of Agony]]. Once you step down into the [[Chamber of Suffering]] you can not get back out to level 3 of the [[Halls of Agony]]. You are stuck there until the [[Butcher]] or you is dead. There are always two [[Healing Wells]] which replenish.
