PAGENAME are a set of items with a required character level of 70 and are only available in the expansion pack, Reaper of Souls. The set is comprised four pieces that of armor that can be worn by any class. These items must be crafted by the Blacksmith after he has learned the level 12 plan. They can not drop as loot.
Each item in this crafted set is completely random each time it is created, with all 6 modifiers (4 primary and 2 secondary) chosen at random. The Smart Loot system seems to be set to 100% on crafting set items, with the mainstat and skill bonuses always tuned to the class of the character who crafts the item.
The main attraction to creating items from this and from the other level 70 sets is to obtain the partial set bonuses on top of the legendary quality item rolls. Most players mix and match multiple sets to stack up the best possible bonuses spread across all of their equipment.

Legendary Material
Prior to Patch 2.0.6 each craft of an item in this set the Iron Wolves Doctrine, a legendary material of some difficulty to harvest. That entire feature set was removed in v2.06 and crafting was made much simpler, as overall game complexity was controversially reduced.
Prior to v2.06, the information below was vital. It is now irrelevant, and archived here for posterity.
