Big Stinker
Big Stinker is a rune effect in Gargantuan, a pet skill from the Support tab of the Witch Doctor skills.
This rune effect creates a poisonous cloud that hovers around the Gargantuan and deals 15% of the Witch Doctor's weapon damage to poisoned enemies.
Each tick of poison damage has a chance to trigger Life on Hit effects and chance-on-hit effects from equipment such as Stun, Freeze, Fear, etc.
