Hellskull is a legendary Crusader shield that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Crusader, and will very rarely drop for any other class.

The Smart Drop system ensures that Crusader Shields will usually roll with Strength, or at least never roll with Dexterity or Intelligence.

Hellskull properties

This is one of the more popular Crusader shields, since the legendary affix adds 10% damage when using a two-handed weapon, and players are always strongly drawn to bonuses that boost DPS.
