==Will I be able to talk about the beta test?==
Most Beta testers are usually limited by tests come with NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and many previous Blizzard betas did. They have not included an NDAon the last few World of Warcraft betas, at least initially. Beta clients are, by definition, not final and not perfect, and companies don't want testers complaining publicly, posting screenshots of or on the non-final gameStarcraft II beta, or giving out secrets and surprises in advancethis seems to be a policy change. The NDA There is usually lifted towards the end of no reason to expect Diablo III beta testers to be bound by a beta, but not alwaysconfidentiality agreement.

<blue>Bashiok: I don’t believe we’re planning to impose NDA’s on future beta tests for any of our franchises. That’s of course subject to change.</blue>
