Enmerkar is a Superunique Skeleton that appears in the Last Stand of the Ancients event and bounty in the Festering Woods.
He has a Molten attack so keep in front of him. This is actually quite easy to do because he only appears during this event which is triggered at the top of some stairs. If you stay at the top, fighting off the minions, when he appears he'll come up the stairs to you rather than getting embroiled at the bottom where there are lots of skeletons, ghosts and ghouls to get surrounded by and caught up in his trail of fire.
He has the chance of dropping the Legendary Crafting Material, Woven Plate required to craft the Piro Marella Crusader Shield.
