Snake to the Face is a rune effect in Poison Dart, is a Physical Realm Witch Doctor skill.
This rune effect changes the dart to a snake, which writhes through the air and hits the enemy with a bite, latching on and granting a 30% chance to stun for 1.5 seconds.
