Manglemaw is a superunique Unburied found on level two of the Defiled Crypt. He always appears by bashing his way through the doorway which leads down to the Chancellor's Tomb. He's unaccompanied but he's a pretty powerful melee fighter so try to attack from a distance if you can.
He can also be frozen.
