The seven Great Evils of hell include the Prime Evils and the Lesser Evils. The "Lesser" Evils are just lesser than the Prime ones, they are all Great Evils. They are all of demon-kind.

Lesser Evils
- Andariel, Maiden of Anguish (prominent daughter of Lilith)
- Azmodan, Lord of Sin
- Belial, Lord of Lies
- Duriel, Lord of Pain (also known as Prince of Pain)
