Blazing Wrath
Blazing Wrath is a rune effect in Breath of Heaven, a Spirit-spending Monk skill.
This rune effect is unlocked at level 32 and it adds a lasting damage buff to the Monk.

Prior to the massive skill and rune system overhaul in February 2012, this effect was enabled by the Obsidian Rune runestone which granted the following effect:
