Chain Reaction
Chain Reaction is a rune effect in Explosive Blast, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect changes the one big explosion into a chain of three explosions, each of which deals 97% of weapon damage. This is grants a total of 291% weapon damage, or just 1% less than the Time Bomb rune effect.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Golden Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
