Lightning Hydra
Lightning Hydra is a rune effect in Hydra, an Offensive Wizard skill that summons a triad of dragon heads to spit elemental attacks at nearby enemies.
This rune effect changes the Hydra to a blueish-white creature that spits lightning orbs that electrocute enemies for 33% damage as lightning.
