Raging Storm
Raging Storm is a rune effect in Energy Twister, is an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect creates a special effect when two twisters collide. They merge into one larger tornado that has a larger AoE, though the damage and duration is unchanged from the base skill's 360% damage over 6 seconds.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Indigo Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
