Toad Affinity
Toad Affinity is a rune effect in Plague of Toads, a Physical Realm Witch Doctor skill.
This rune effect removes the mana cost, making the skill free to use in unlimited quantities. This would obviously be most useful to a Witch Doctor who was using heavy mana costs for other skills. However there are plenty of ways to greatly increase mana regeneration for a high level Witch Doctor, making this rune effect largely irrelevant.
