The Pit Flyer Spawner is a monster known only from a piece of concept art. It has not been seen or confirmed in the game.

Pit Flyers have been seen in numerous screenshots from the Act One dungeons, but they are all just free flying monsters; no sign of the spawners have been seen. It's unknown if they'll appear later in the game, or if they were just a piece of concept art that never came to fruition.

The spawners look like vegetable versions of the Blood Hawk spawners seen in Diablo 2, as though the flyers grow on them like melons on a vine, before hatching into their mature form.
